GS-Hydro Flushing Unit FEA-1000 is specifically designed for demanding offshore needs. It fulfils or exceeds all requirements set for Offshore Flushing Units used in the North Sea. The Flushing Unit FEA-1000 has been designed and manufactured to meet all offshore certification requirements. GS-Hydro’s goal in constructing this unit has been to create a new class of equipment that meets the demand of today’s marketplace. Reduced Downtime

The Flushing Unit FEA-1000 “all‑in‑one” design allows for quick setup and immediate use. The unit’s equipment and control devices are all integrated minimizing the amount of work required on-site for setup. Its flushing capacity allows for reduced flushing times, resulting in potential revenue improvements through the reduction of unscheduled downtime and lower maintenance labour costs

High Capacity with Unique Capabilities

The FEA-1000 has a constant flushing capacity of up to 1150 litres per minute (LPM), with additional boost capacity increasing the maximum theoretical capacity to 1700 LPM, allowing for high turbulent flow. It operates at 40 – 50 bar, allowing large systems to be cleaned with minimum flushing operations. In addition it offers excellent pressure testing capabilities, with pressure up to 630 bar.
