Job duties
As a regional salesperson, you are responsible for the entire sales chain and there is a great opportunity to put your own stamp on the role.
We offer customized solutions and in the role of regional salesperson you have a close collaboration with your colleagues where you will be involved throughout the entire sales chain from placing quotes, sales orders, handling complaint cases, contract writing, delivery follow-ups, etc. will also be part of your duties.
We are in an expansive stage and the possibility for development of the service exists.
You will mainly sell complete pipe systems and line components to customers mainly in the manufacturing industry. Where the solutions presented to the customer concern both new sales, conversions, upgrades and aftermarket.
- Be the face.
- Marketing & sales strategies.
- Team planning and employee support.
- Process existing and new customers throughout Sweden.
- Statistical reporting & budget follow-up.
- Quotation, order management, contract management, complaint management, delivery follow-up.
- You work out in the field in combination with office work.
Education, experience and personal qualities
For this position, your personal qualities are of utmost importance, so even you who have no experience in the industry can do a really good job in the position, if you have the right drive. As a regional salesperson, we see that you have a great technical interest, are driven by understanding challenges and finding effective solutions for customers. You are passionate about doing good business, are curious to understand the customer's needs, are responsive and trustworthy. To thrive in the role, you are humble, structured, self-motivated and enjoy a flexible work. You are organized and confident in managing and planning your time yourself.
As the role involves many different contact surfaces, both internally and externally, we see that you are a team player and see value in collaborating. In this type of sales, you sometimes work in longer sales cycles where you need to be patient during the process.
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in project deals.
- You have a very good technical understanding and preferably have knowledge in hydraulics.
- Good computer skills and in Microsoft Office.
- Expresses yourself well in both Swedish and English, in both speech and writing.
- B driver's license.
Interviews take place continuously and the position is filled according to agreement.
