Prefabrication process
Prefabrication begins with the correct cutting of the pipes to the desired length. The pipes are then bent with GS-Hydro's all-bending machines. Non-standard pipes of large diameter are bent with induction bending.

After bending, the pipe ends are prepared for flanges (flared) or retaining rings (grooved). If necessary, the modules can also be tested in print before they are sent from the workshop. Cleaning and exterior painting takes place according to the customer's requirements. Proper packing and protection ensures the quality of the pipe modules delivered

The use of prefabricated pipe modules (pipe coils) ensures the highest possible quality as well as a simple and quick installation. To speed up installation, smaller hollow pipes, usually between 16 and 42 mm, can be mounted in groups directly on support frames.
