Simple installation and clean pipe system
The flange-based joint technology in combination with prefabricated pipe modules makes installation quick and easy. On-site bending, flaring and tracking can be minimized by optimizing prefabrication with only adjustments made on site using portable machines. Due to the absence of welding, there is no need for X-rays or flushing.
Ease of installation is further enhanced by the fact that unlike welded flanges, both GS-Retain Rings and GS Collar Flanges are rotatable, making it easy to adjust the bolt. The detailed assembly / installation instructions from GS-Hydro further support faster installation.
The weldless technology provides a naturally clean pipe system, requiring significantly less cleaning / flushing before commissioning, shortening the overall installation time.
This also means that compared to conventional systems, it results in a lower total cost.
